These are LARGE steaks... one will feed two firemen. I took two to work and one of the guys (better cook than me, "use the resources you have") dry rubbed 'em with salt, pepper, and some Montreal seasoning, then grilled 'em to perfection... our "picky eater" stuffed himself silly.
