If you are ready to place the refundable $400 deposit to hold your place in line, you are more than welcome to do so by clicking below (but no pressure if you’d like to talk first!).
All deposits are 100% refundable up until we have cut up your half or whole animal, so don’t worry about getting locked into an obligation. This step just guarantees your place in line!
You can also check out the blank cut page below to get an idea of some of the different ways we can custom cut your half. You don’t need to fill it out though! We will walk you through every option and tailor it to your cooking style.
